Refund Policy

• Refunds or credits may be requested only for serious injury or major medical reasons.
• All pass and program refund applications are subject to a $20 administration fee.
• Refunds or credits will be based on the purchase price less any used portions of the pass or lesson program and the $20 administration fee.
• Only credit is issued on prepaid rental equipment purchases.
• No refund or credit is applied for any missed classes. Programmed classes proceed as scheduled in all weather conditions. Should Glen Eden cancel any program class due to extreme weather conditions, a make up class will be offered.
• Credits are issued in the form of gift certificates

How to request a refund and / or credit

• Download and complete the refund request form, visit Visitor Service on the lower level of the main chalet or call 905-878-5011 ext. 221 / 222 to receive a form.
• Submit the completed form along with the applicable lesson tag and/or season pass
• An original doctor’s note must also be submitted and is required to complete the request.
• All requests are subject to approval by Glen Eden Ski and Snowboard Centre Management.
